What happens to civil Servants that you will never want to happen to you

How a 39years man who want to beat his Boss after working for three years without any salary,no promotion,no commendation find out that he have not been  worked even for a single day.......'

The confrontation between the man and his Human Resource Manager (HRM),when i was listing to the story i really don"t know what to say because what HR Manager said is very very truth but it hard to swallow for those that still on the British 40years plan which i called Rat Race...Hope you understand wher am coming from...
This is how it goes between the Man and His HR Manager
After talking and harassing,the HR Manager looked at the man smiled and asked him to sit down and told him "My friend you have not worked here for even a single day the man became confuse."the only thing the man could say is 'how do you mean Sir'
But the  HR manager patiently went on to explain, Just listing  conversation that took place in the HR managers Office....'i personally call this conversation Masters Degree Question and answer Examination i don't know about you'

HR Manager: How many days are there in a year?
MAN: 365 days and sometimes 366.


H R Manager: Do u come to work on weekends?
Me: No sir.

H R Manager: How many days are there in a year that are weekends?
Man: 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays equals to 104 days.

H R Manager: Thanks for that. If u remove 104 days from 366 days. how many days
do u now have?
Man: 262 days

H R Manager: How many hours make up a day?
Man : 24 Hours.

H R Manager: How long do u work in a day?
Man : 10am to 6pm
(i.e 8 hours a day.)

H R Manager: So, what fraction of the day do u work in hours?
Man: 8/24
i.e 1/3 (one third).

H R Manager: This is nice of u! what is 1/3rd of 262 days?
Man: 87
(1/3 x 262 = 87days)

H R Manager: I do give u 2 weeks sick leave, 15 days casual leave, 5 days optional leave, 30 days earned leave every year. Now remove that 64 days from the 87 days left. How many days do u have remaining?
Man : 23 days.

H R Manager: Do u work on festivals ? (20 days)
Man : No Sir!

H R Manager: Do u work on Republic Day?
Man : No sir!

H R Manager: Do u come to work on Independence Day?
Man : No sir!

H R Manager: So how many days r left?
Man : 1 day sir!

H R Manager: Do you come to work on New year's day..?
Man: No sir..!!

H R Manager: So how many days are left?
Man : None Sir!

H R Manager: So what r u claiming?
Man : I have understood, Sir. I did not realise that I was stealing company
money all these days.
